What else you should know:

• The room prices are per person and day and include bed and breakfast
• Children up to 3 years in parents' room free of charge
• Children up to 12 years in parents' room with extra bed discount of up to 50
• For a stay of less than 3 days we charge a surcharge of 10
• The price for the holiday flat is valid for 2 or 4 persons per day
• Bread roll service or breakfast on request
• Free car park
• South Tyrol guest pass included in the price
• Prices include tax and final cleaning
• The additional local tourist tax for guests aged 14 and over will be charged on site (2.30 euros per person per day).
• Bookings are only valid with our booking confirmation
• Room occupancy from 2 pm, room release by 11 am at the latest
• Cancellation of the room reservation is free of charge up to three weeks before arrival. In the event of later cancellation, later arrival or early departure, we unfortunately have to charge the room or holiday apartment price for up to three days.
• In order to fix the booking, we charge an amount of at least 30 per cent of the restoration amount. You will receive a confirmation by e-mail. The invoice can be requested the day before or the day of departure.
